I’m giving one star just because the first time I got my hair cut here it was done really nicely. However the second time was an absolute disaster. It looks like if I let a kid cut my hair. I asked for short layers with a curtain bang and instead received bangs that were straight across and very thick. Which I asked to be around my nose but they’re so short that they poke me in the eye. The layers are extremely choppy with a mix of pointy and soft. My hair is ruined and extremely uneven. Then I got blamed by the stylist for not showing her enough pictures of what I wanted . I really hope my hair can be fixed in time for my graduation. Overall terrible experience. I’m never going back.

She also gave me a lot of great tips to improve the condition of my hair and how to keep my purple color longer, to keep it from fading fast. Critical: QualityNice ladies but they do not know how to do highlights neither they know about blending colors, I got nothing to what I asked for and the haircut it’s embarrassing cant go out with my hair being different color and crooked, they charged like professionals very expensive but they are bad at what they do.
