Worse place ever very rude in charge person she said she’s not the manager. I had my gel manicure and at when I needed to pay I chose to pay with my American Express card there was a space for me to add tip so I added the tip then she flipped she started to yell at me in Chinese the “person in charge said: your are too late ! you are too late ! I answered I’m too late for what ??? You have cash no tip on the card. The machine is broken and we Can added later. Most ridiculous thing I ever heard . I said I don’t understand how could it broken you can manually add it up like everywhere else in the world. She said cash only cash only as she was rushing out the door said please hurry up we have customer needs to sit down .

She rushes you out from the place she does a half way job twice I got my nails done she didn’t do my manicure she didn’t cut my cuticles she didn’t give a massage and then she’s like $10 tips for your finger $10 for your toenails $10 for the massage she keeps adding the money And more than one person get the work done so you have to tip each person I try making appointments before and it did not work even when I get there she said we don’t have time we don’t have time I would not go back to displays again and I do not recommend this place they need to learn some manners not everybody but the owner

OMG!!! I’ve been there a year ago and vowed never to return!!! YOU mean she’s still displaying that behavior??? Never been to a nail salon where the person was rude like that and begged for tips….Tips are OPTIONAL….NOT REQUIRED so someone needs to explain that to her. Then she yells at you to hold still and jerks your hand while yelling at you…Ppl need to BOYCOTT this salon until she learns work etiquette!!! DISGUSTING!!!

I went to get a pedicure and manicure, and when it was time for my appointment, I went to get my nails done. However, I left my dress in my car, so I was confused on what shade of color, I should choose to match it. I asked them if I could go get it, but they said they will give up my appointment spot. They ended up making me wait for an hour, before it was my turn. I am disappointed.

They do awesome nails and they do carry sns products, which I love not a huge selection but they did a very neat and professional job just the way I like it. The only thing I didn’t like is it cost me an extra $5 because according to them my nails are long. It’s cool though there all my real nails anyway

I have been to the salon a couple of times sporadically, but this past visit has left such a nasty piece in my mouth I will never come back. I asked Lily to give me a gel manicure and she charge me $75, I asked her why she said it’s because she took off my old gel. No where in the facility is it listed that taking off an old gel cost $30. And then when I went to tip I gave her a $15 tip making my total $90, she told her coworker that I was being cheap. In no way shape or form should a gel manicure cost $75 and then for her to be ungrateful for the tip that I did not have to give. I never leave reviews but I’m so disheartened in my experience. Never again will I stepped foot in that salon.

This is such a great nail salon. Clean Clean Clean! They make appointments and it’s great to walk in and know you are going on the seat right away for your time on you Nails. I go to get gel filling and they are so natural! I have always been treated so nice.

My review is about SNS powder gel manicure. I don’t know how well Bellrose Nails does any other services but I definitely would NOT recommend getting SNS manicure here. First, they were very rough when removing the gel I had on and they caused one of my fingers to bleed. Second, my nails started to chip less than 48 hours after getting the manicure. I get SNS manicures regularly and they always last at least 3 weeks. I don’t really have time during the week to go back and ask them to fix it but, more importantly, going back means having a manicure that will likely chip again in 2 days.

Ive been coming here since they have opened , ive never had a bad experienece and the staff is always kind. Ive recommended this nail salon to many people and they have always been satisfied. The quality of work is exceptional in addition to the overall salon experience. The owner is always accommodating and is great with her staff. The salon is always clean and has a wide variety of colors and polishes . I cant go anywhere else because of the great nails bellerose nail salon does.
