Came across as unprofessional and terse. Double booked one of my appointments, didn’t discuss any potential skincare concerns ahead of time, charged $15 to take a dry razor to the back of my neck because the hair was too long. Was flexible with areas that she was willing to laser (I got a Groupon for 12 treatments on a small area), letting me mix and match regions that needed touch-ups from previous laser appointments. However, they relied completely on me to remember how many regions I had had treated, asking me every time how many I had left over.

I’ve been coming here for 8 years, I started with hair removal, then I did vella shape. A lot of treatments I’ve been doing for maintenance. Recently I started doing coolsculpting, it’s a slow process but it works well and I’m enjoying it. Sandra is my esthetician and I always ask for her, she gets me great results and I actually get compliments from people asking where do I get my treatments. I just signed up my daughter, who is a freshmen in college, to laser hair removal. I wouldn’t change places because Sandra is very knowledgeable and she just does what you need, she doesn’t sell you treatments you don’t need. The place is very clean and she has the latest technology. An expert in body contouring!

There aren’t many Med Spa options near me so I took the hour drive to this facility and I couldn’t be happier! On the day of my appointment Sandra was overbooked, (no fault of her own) but found a way to accommodate me. She was professional, friendly, and very informative. I made sure I booked another appointment right away! My only complaint is how frequent I’m going to have to drive just to get this incredible service!
