I purchased a Groupon for a haircut at this salon and spent a month trying to track down the owner to make an appointment. Because I was looking for a Friday or weekend appointment, I was told I HAD to speak with the owner. After 10 attempts at calling the salon over a 4 week period, I gave up and traded in my Groupon. If weekend appointments were an issue, this should’ve been written out in the Groupon fine print. Very misleading. Looking forward to taking my business elsewhere!

My experience here was awful and a waste of my time and money. I left feeling humiliated and embarrassed. I received a facial and wax and the esthetician Angela, who was extremely rude. She informed me that my lip was “very hairy and that people were too nice to tell me”. This made me feel extremely self conscious and embarrassed. This is extremely unprofessional and should never be said to a customer. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism at any salon. However, my hair stylist Serena was exceptional and she did an amazing job. I will not be returning to Bellissimo due to my bad experience and would not recommend facials or other wax procedures at this institution.
