The pedicure itself was nice however we requested and pointed to the $40 basic pedicure and they still charged us the $55 one. When I asked about it they simply said, “Oh she did the deluxe pedicure.” They did this to me and my sister. My sister ended up going back to get her finger nails re-done because she told the guy it was a different color than her toes but the guy said it was the same. It clearly was not.

I do a pedicure every 4-6 weeks at Bellisima and always schedule ahead for a friend and myself. Last week we did not get the technicians that we asked for. I got a young man and even though he was nice, he showed no attention to detail not even pushing back or removing cuticles! He was in a rush with each step. My nails feel sharp and look poor already. I was not pleased at the time and I thought I would let it slide but as prices rise, I feel like attention to detail has gone down. I get it that some people are new, but obviously need further training!

I’m probably messing up the spelling but I get my pedicures from Tu every time and she does such an amazing job, great attention to detail and friendly. I’ve had acrylics done here a couple of times by other techs and wasn’t super impressed but I’ll never go anywhere else for my pedicures! Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Foot massages

Horrible experience!!! Went there twice for a manicure, waited over 30 min BOTH TIMES to be seated even though I arrived early before my scheduled appointment on both occassions. During both appointments, no one was friendly, and no attempt was made to make even basic conversation during my mani or even to simply thank me for the business upon leaving. During the mani, the gal cut my skin and didn’t even apologize! Since I had 2 wait so long and I was cut, I thought that might be a reason for a discount but they rudely stated the prices are as stated and non-negotiable. Not impressed with the quality, see pic for chipping that occurred within 24 hours of mani. Also, I went with a friend, we were seated together but not started at the same time; I even asked twice why my friend wasn’t started when I was getting my nails done and she was just sitting in seat next to mine waiting; their response was “Soon.” My friend wasn’t even started until my nails were completely done, terrible timing, so I had 2 sit and wait even longer until she was done. Bottom line: go elsewhere!!
