I don’t usually like to give bad reviews but this is about the poor customers who were told 5 minutes when they walked in a waited 20+ minutes. They had a girl sit next to me and she wait at least 30 minutes. The other woman with an appointment at 10:30 ended up leaving because she had been sitting waiting so long. I also am on day 6 of my finger on fire every time I touch it which makes typing a little painful ♀️ she kept filing my nails farther and farther down and eventually filed my finger raw. This is my third mediocre manicure from here and I won’t be coming back.

Decided to try this place out. Got a good pedicure with nice attention to detail. Salon is very clean and well kept. But once I got home I realized I had been overcharged. They have 3 levels of pedicures. I chose the basic for $30. Which is a little high but I was willing to try it out. The manicurist checked me out saying “total is $30”. I put it on my debit card. When I got home and checked my receipt I had been charged $40, the cost of an upgraded pedicure. And yes I should have looked at my receipt in the shop. Do I think it was an error? No because I heard another customer talking with the owner. She stated she wanted the basic pedicure but he kept insisting she get an upgrade. She had to get firm and annoyed with him before he backed off. I won’t go there again. Too bad cuz it’s convenient and a good quality pedicure. Would have given 4 or 5 stars except for the overcharge.
