I usually have treatment from all 3 ladies all of them are equally amazing and great at their jobs. If you need a place to go relax and get pampered by professional women. Then this is the place to go! I brought my mother here as well before she went back to South Carolina and she fell in love. Definitely won’t go anywhere else. I usually have treatment from all 3 ladies all of them are equally amazing and great at their jobs. If you need a place to go relax and get pampered by professional women. I thought I’d try this place because of all the good reviews, but it was terrible. Two of my nails came off within a week. But more importantly, my technician was EXTREMELY rude. It could’ve been because she was a younger girl but I don’t know. Multiple times she told me to “relax/stop moving my hands” (I have tendinitis in both hands so they get painful) and she was very visibly irritated and rude. I felt like I was just a hindrance to her and it ruined my whole experience.

Bad service, unprofessional manager, dont take criticism/correction well. I didnt know she was the manager by the way she reacted to her poor quality work on my nails until the other worker told me. $38 for a refill with gel polish and 3 barely days later polish chipping & I return back and was questioned about her work and asked why this and that..??? Its your work, you’re the one who done it… Crazy reaction and response.. Just poor service BUT the worker who fixed it the 2nd time I came in was as sweet as pie and knew the mistake when when she saw them… Never will I return back… Business is business & if the owner short changing paying customers, this ain’t the place to go.. will never go back.

I’ve been going here since I moved here . They started doing a good job. But the last time I got my nails done, next day gems falling off . Three days later polish was peeling. So Now I go to Star Nails !!! They’re Great !!! Go there , ask for Mai . For the person who replied. I have the right place, I have a stamp card to prove it. While I was pleased with the service, I dislike when staff do not listen to their customers and refuse to do what has been requested. Also, I think it’s very rude to speak your native language to each other when a customer is present especially when it is obvious you are talking about them. Never know who understands/know your language and exactly what you are saying… don’t assume. Remember your customers are your business and how you keep your doors open.

It was horrible ! 1. I made an app for 5:30 and I thought they wrote down what I wanted done but I guess they didn’t. 2. When she was doing my toes she did not put a top coat on over. 3. When I was getting my acrylic refilled she did not even shape my nail next to my pinky it’s round and my other nails are square… 4. There was a dead ant on the surface on which my hands were on. So therefore they do not have good work and the are very unclean. I would not recommend anyone to go.
