Bellizma. Atmosphere not very friendly. Don’t like their work. Prices real high. Paid$188 for me and hubby. Don’t like nail fill. She didn’t fill all the way down. Well I will say that Bellissima is quite welcoming; when other places act like they too busy, even when you made an appt. Prior, you get there and they turn you away(b.k.a. VIP Nails, Lancaster), I placed a call to Bellissima and they came thru with no qualms, haven’t been back to the other place since; I will recommend now the latest time you’d want to go would be no later than 6:30-6:45pm, and PLEASE make sure you have cash for your whatever you are getting; hassle to get done with your service and have to go to an ATM..

Decent service, minimal wait time on a walk-in, if any. The massage chairs are a little janky, and I can never get them to do what I’d like, but that’s not enough to detour me from going. $10 upcharge for gel polish is crazy IMO. Regular polish never lasts longer than 2 days before it chips on my fingernails, but the toe polish hangs on for at least a week.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. They used mma on mine any my daughter’s nails. Cut us both and did not fully cure our product so 3 days later still wet nails. Also nails falling off in less than 3 days. Horrible. Stay away from this shop.

They do not use liners and I called again to ask and the owner states they “sanitize” after every customer which is a complete lie! Especially these days that we need better quality care and are scared of going cuz of monkey pox, covid, etc…. Not ever going there! Please beware before getting a pedicure. Pedicure

No wait time which I was happy about. Not the cleanest. And too pricey. I had a full set with simple design on each nail and showed a picture of what I wanted but the design looked so different on my nails. They charged me $60.

Some of them are rude, very impersonal, always rushing & they lack the ability to be consistent with their services. The establishment itself looks nothing like the pictures. It is very dirty from the front door to the pedicure chairs. They are rude and disrespectful, fake, very judgemental people and I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody. Who knew it could be so difficult to find a place to do good pedicures and to be consistent with their services. . I will keep looking, but I will never go back there, and you shouldn’t either
