Don’t come here . I got my nails done and 1 week later one broke. (I called before and they said they were free) I walk in and there was 1 hour wait. Told them I called. And they said they were available. Mind you it’s only 1 nail that broke. Instead they put glue and told me to come back tomorrow which is today.. I’m here now. And I ask how long the way is she said 20minutes . There 1 ahead of you. I said ok. Sat down 5 minutes . 3 ladies walked in and wanted manis. Pedis. And the little girl at the fronts desk came up to me and said. Ma”am I’m sorry but it’ll be longer. 3 people walked in now you have 4 ahead. And I said . Well I came in here first they just walked in. She said yeah but they had an appointment. I said well that you could’ve told me there was people with an appointment scheduled . Not there in 20 minutes I’ll be helped.. and then she put more glue.. she said you can come back later. I told her well is there any appointment later. She took like 10 minutes to come back.. at this point I’m irritated and I just left .. yes it is broke in half and hurts so much..

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done & Tried this nail shop for the 1st time. Must say I was HIGHLY satisfied with the pedicure that I received from Lauren! She was nice, friendly, attentive, and took her time doing my pedicure AND foot massage! Mindy the manager made sure I was comfortable & kept checking on me throughout my time there. She served me mimosas which I LOVED!! Put the cherry on top of a wonderful experience!

So I was given a gift certificate for this nail salon that included Dip nails and a facial. The facial was amazing and my nails looked great at first but then I go to leave thinking that I didn’t owe anything other then tipping my nail lady and the owner says she thinks that I should pay $10 since I got tips on my nails and not just the dip. Seems like they were just trying to get a quick buck out of me for no reason. But now not even a week later my nails look horrible because they didn’t take there time in doing my nails and put the dip along my cuticles and they are lifting horribly. My original nail salon I go to I get a good 3-4 weeks out of my nails with them looking flawless for a fraction of the price. So no more balisima spa for me!!

This is the excellent place for your spa services. I’ve been a customer since 2007 and though I moved from Irving, I wouldn’t mind to drive 45 min for their services. I’ve never seen a people determined for excellence to do what they do best. Friendly staff and warm. I would recommend to everyone.

I have routinely gone to this spa for multiple services over the last 8+ years. I rarely make an appointment, and they generally work me into the schedule promptly, and with a smile. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the service received. I especially like Michelle for mani/pedi/haircuts. Mindy does a great job on waxing, and is quick and efficient!
