I had an awful experience and I need to share this. I had a blond hair for couple of years and absolutely loved it but I decided to give my hair a little break from bleaching and go natural for a couple months because it was very damaged. My natural color is brown. I made an appointment with Janna and we decided to do natural with a touch of highlights. Right after she finished I politely asked if she has any clients soon because I didn’t like my hair and I wanted to fix it right away. It came out very dark, not even close to my natural with three white lines on top, I can’t call it highlights. She told me to give it a couple of days and it would “blend in”. I didn’t want to make a drama out of this, things happen, I’m a very understanding person. I waited couple of days and I had to give them a call, I have so many events coming up this month and I hate my hair; this is not ok. I called them, tried to be as nice as I can and explain the situation, I didn’t want to make an owner look bad and unprofessional in the front of her employees. I just wanted the ugly lines gone, just even the color out and that’s all. I didn’t ask for a refund, didn’t make a scene. I gave her a chance to fix her mistake. When I came in to fix my hair I didn’t mind the fake smile and attitude, but what made me furious is that she washed the toner off, dried my hair with a TOWEL ONLY, wished me a good day and left. I was speechless, she literally kicked me out with a wet hair. How unprofessional! Not only she ruined my hair because this is not even close to my natural color, but also ruined my clothes because wet hair was dripping down on my clothes with black dye. You cost me so much trouble and disappointment, it would be really nice to see that refund next time I check my bank account. Very sad that I had to cancel my appointment with Jasmin, she was amazing, I just cant go back to that place, it would be very awkward.

I’ve had a couple bad experiences with my lash extensions but wanted to keep giving them a chance. I just had Alena do them and walked out feeling wonderful again. Today I had an appointment with Alena for a full set hybrid lash extensions, I’ve had lash extensions many times and have had many different regular estheticians, I have gone to peoples houses, beauty schools and high end salons and bellis salon is by far the best experience I’ve had. Everyone I came in contact with was nice and professional, Alena does Amazing lashes! Exactly how I wanted and I didn’t really even explain it well to her. Also she let this non stop PTA mom take a nap while she did my lashes! I’m a plus size woman also and if your plus size beds are something you think about, I laid there for 2 hours and it was comfortable, Alena also offered me a knee pillow. I’m only available for appointments one day a week so I made sure to book my next 2 appointments with Alena, i definitely found my new esthetician.
