Really bad cut. I contacted Emily to fix it and got no response until the next day. She then said she would get back to me about fitting me in the following week. Heads up Bellina, when someone wants their hair fixed they don’t want to wait a week. I paid someone else to fix it and that person had a hard time figuring out what she had done. I couldn’t tell how much she messed up my layers until I tried to style it myself. I wish there was a zero star option.
