She is professional and probably one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I love Bellezza Salon!!! Sammie Lodato does my hair and she is incredible! She is an amazing colorist/stylist, and she always suggests a fabulous color and cut for me. The atmosphere is clean, bright and fun and the ladies are a blast to hang with while you’re getting prettied up. You will walk out of there with a huge grin and feeling gorgeous! Love love love it!!

Everyone one of these ladies is the absolute best. Samantha Lodato has been doing my hair for years. I never have any idea what I want and it always comes out perfect. I have dark hair and never leave with any color stains if I have to go out after (the worst). Recently I’ve been in two bridal parties they hosted. Both times we all felt and looked beautiful after. Plus, they provided water, champagne, fruit and pastries to celebrate (or hydrate lol). And kept us all on schedule. Rita – you’re an absolute girl BOSS. Keep on inspiring xo

I am new to the Rochester, NY area and was searching for somewhere that could give me a great cut for a reasonable price. After an extensive Google search, I stumbled upon Bellezza and decided to give it a try. The haircut quality was phenomenal and the staff were exceedingly friendly / easy to talk to. I had Lorie cut my hair and she listened 100% to what I was interested in having done. Needless to say, I will be returning to this salon for the remainder of the time I am in Rochester NY and I would strongly recommend that others give them a try.

I get my haircut by Sam. Other girls that have cut my hair too though and they’ve all done a great job. They aren’t afraid to tell you if they think something isn’t going to look on you or tell you other options. I’ve been going to get my haircut there about six years now. My mom also gets her haircut by Sam. She was hopeless when it came to choosing a hairstyle. Sam got her out of her comfort zone and now she tries a lot of different colors and styles that look very good on her. This summer I went and got my haircut at a different well-known hair salon and beauty sore. The job I got was not straight cut very uneven. The girl that cut my hair was fresh out of hair school. Thankfully Sam was able to fix it but it showed me I won’t go anywhere else.

Don’t let Erin do your balayage!! I went there for the first time last week wanting to go lighter. I have drown hair so knew it would be a couple of times before getting my hair to the desired lightness but asked Erin specifically if we could do it without my hair being orange during the process. She ensured me she could get it an ashy tone. Not only was my hair orange it was an awful application! So blotchy and uneven, there were chunks that had dark roots with a harsh line of orange in the middle then dark ends. It looked so terrible I had to go to a different salon the next morning to get it fixed. To make it worse I called the salon and spoke to the owner about my expiernce, she seemed nice and liked she cared. Said she would talk to Erin then call me back about a refund. Never called me back. Absolutely would never recommend Erin!
