Okay so me and a friend went to this establishment earlier and oh my gosh was it horrible. After I went, I realized I should have seen the reviews because it was probably the worst experience I’d ever had at a nail salon. First of all, the nail lady argued with me about what I wanted. I wanted an acrylic dip, however she was lazy and demanded that I needed just a fill in with gel. She was SO ROUGH on my cuticles, on my nails, and kept filing down to the very smallest they could go. Then, she bubbled up the gel and made them extremely uneven. The entire time, she was belittling me and my friend and literally even tried correcting us on what our jobs were??? She made snarky comments the whole time, and tried making it sound like she knew everything; like as if everyone else was nothing. The smiley faces were all uneven, and then she didn’t even clean up the backs of my nails. She couldn’t wait until she finished, and charged me 60 dollars for just a fill in with bubbly, uneven gel. Never, ever ever go here.

Called ahead with a friend to get a soak off and fresh polygel set. The older woman doing our nails was consistently rude and belittling. She was super rough with my natural nails and they ended up being way shorter then I wanted and not the proper shape. She doesn’t use actual polygel, but used building gel on my nails which was not what I wanted. They are uneven, way to thick, shorter then I wanted, not almond shaped, and I have drips of polish on the back of my nail. She didn’t fix up my cuticles. She also didn’t use a base coat or top coat for my gel polish. For $60??? Absolutely unbelievable. Please save your money, time and patience.

This establishment excels in customer service, and accommodating their customers’ needs. This place is co-located to Pizza Hut and Valero. Their stylists are very acute and methodical with expertise. I highly recommend this place. Even if you don’t need a real haircut, but stressed out, you can stop by and get a trim and let the serene ambient environment heal your soul.

Pretty bad experience. Older lady doing my nails was extremely rough, pushed waaay too hard with the nail file and drill, resulting in splits and small cuts/abrasions around my nails (very sore for a couple of days). I told her I wanted an “almond” shape, she said that round was “more practical” and I said, “I know, but I want them more pointed.” I ended up with round, (not pointed) nails which were cut way too short; not what I wanted! I called today to speak to the owner. I was told that the owner is out of town, “on some trip”, the new hire (just hired today, he said) didn’t even know when the owner would return. At this point: she’ll be the owner of a business with zero customers. 🙁

Worst experience EVER ❌❌!!!! The older lady did the “first part” of the manicure. It was pretty rough, she was pushing too hard with the cuticle trimmer to the point that is was hurting, the towels she had under my hands were dirty and the other material she used looked nasty

Came in with no appointment and they were super accommodating. Got me in right away. I went for the “ultimate pedicure” and it is what this full time working mom needed after 6 months with no pedi. Sugar scrub, callous removal, hot stones, massage, paraffin, the works. I was so relaxed. Also their safety precautions are top notch, so I got to put aside my COVID concerns (even though everyone was wearing masks). Great experience, despite the circumstances.
