Kendra and her mom Pam have an amazing establishment with a great team of stylists! I have been going to this salon for several years! And I always drive the distance to go to them! I followed another stylist (Carrie) here that I miss dearly, but her referral to Kendra has kept me a long time client. I have seen each of these stylists perform throughout the years and not one will disappoint! They deliver care and quality in their artwork! Love all of you! Tiffany

HIGHLY recommend Bellezza salon, especially Katie Toth. Katie is incredibly talented, I have never been happier with my hair! She was able to get my hair to the perfect, beautiful icy blonde and she added I-Tip extensions. She’s also so friendly and answered all my questions about extensions since I’ve never had them before. Hair extensions, Hairstyling

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy hair looks amazing! Katie is so sweet and knew exactly what I was looking for. I have not been this happy with a hair stylist in a long time! Everyone here is friendly and fun. The environment is clean and relaxing. Already can’t wait for my next appointment!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place really surprised me with its professional yet unique style and decor. Sophia Le was my stylist and I honestly had the best cut with a lot of knowledge to go with it. Great stylist with some genuine conversations and tips. Highly recommended Services: Waxing, Hairstyling

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityKendra did my hair and she did a fantastic job! She took me from a yellowed-blonde balayage (done by a different salon), to a rich brunette with incredible dimension. 10/10 recommend Kendra and Bellezza!

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been a loyal customer to Rita since 2015. No matter where I traveled in the world (my husband is in the United States Army) or which salon she worked at (I first met her at Aura Salon)- I always made an effort to book an appointment with her when I was in town visiting family. Two weeks ago, I decided to book a flight from Baltimore, Maryland, to Orlando, Florida, to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday. Therefore, I decided to maintain my tradition and book an appointment with Rita – but this time, it was for my 10-year-old daughter. For starters, I called Bellezza Salon for about a week straight with no answer, and I also left a voicemail with no callback. Finally, I decided to text Rita’s cell to ask if someone could please call me so that I could book an appointment. Once I finally got a callback, I made an appointment with Rita for a blowout, flat-iron, and a haircut, and I informed the receptionist that my daughter would need extra time for her appointment since her hair is thick – which she said no problem. This morning, we left the house two hours early since we are currently staying in Deltona, Florida, which is 1.5 hours from Bellezza Salon. Once there, Rita seemed annoyed at the fact that she had to do my daughter’s hair. First, she asked what I came in for – which should have already been in the notes for the appointment. Once I reiterated the services that I requested and Rita started to pick at my 10-year-old daughter’s hair in disgust, Rita proceeded to explain to me that my daughter couldn’t get her hair done since there was not enough time. Unfortunately, she stated that she had another client coming in soon, and she also didn’t specialize in textured hair. Mind you, that’s why I had booked extra time for the appointment, and she has also serviced my daughter’s textured hair previously. In complete shock, I told Rita not to worry about it, and I proceeded to leave the salon with my daughter. Never in a million years would I want a hairstylist to do my daughter’s hair if they don’t want to. Back in the car, both my daughter and I started to cry from the embarrassment and lack of empathy shown by Rita. She is someone who I’ve been a loyal customer to for five years, and she seemed to care less about the hassle we endured trying to receive her services. Not only did she not offer us any form of compensation, such as an alternative hairstyle or something simple as water for the road – but she also has not reached out to me personally to see if we were okay. I thought hairstylists went into this field to make people feel confident and beautiful. However, my daughter left Rita’s chair feeling ugly, less than, and not valuable enough to get her hair done at Bellezza Salon. Realistically speaking, Rita had more than a week to call and cancel our appointment if she didn’t feel comfortable doing my daughter’s hair. Instead, she had us drive 1.5 hours to cancel our services in-person during a worldwide pandemic. That type of behavior is unprofessional and cruel, and we will no longer be visiting Rita or Bellezza Salon. Finally, this is a terrible way to end a family vacation since we fly back to Maryland tomorrow!I’ve been a loyal customer to Rita since 2015. Belleza Salon has been my go to place for years! Kendra is an absolute hair genius. She was the first person I ever let color my hair when I was 23. The facility is clean, classy, and the staff is always amazing! Definitely recommend

I have been going to Bellezza for a decade. Kendra T is my everything. Constant perfectionist. We love playing with shades of red. Recently, my husband requested blonde for the summer. Below is the transition. We have one more session before the transition is complete. Kendra will protect the integrity of my hair with her life. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been during this transition. Kendra is a rockstar!! I would not trust anyone else to do this. She is beautiful, professional and a master of color. I give Bellezza 5 stars every time.
