Her tools were in some makeup box so I’m not even sure they’re sanitized after each use?? Watched her wipe them before using them.Gross gross. Really poor. I’m not really sure why this place has such good reviews..? They were super snooty, wouldn’t look me in the face and wouldn’t speak to me. It would have been really relaxing had she not been awful. She would on occasion tap me or push to get my attention to do something instead of…just speaking? It was weird and I didn’t feel like a person. Just wanted to leave. You’ll notice my toes are pretty messy and sloppily done. As a black visitor, I won’t be returning.

As always it was a pleasurable experience getting my nails done. Tiffany provides personal service every time I go to the salon. The atmosphere is relaxed, the prices are reasonable and the location is easily accessible. I highly recommend Belleza.

Stay Away!!I do not get my nails done often but this place came highly recommended by my girlfriends that do.I came here for an eyebrow wax, gel manicure, and Royal pedicure. I was greeted just fine by the man who I assume to be the manager. It was a Thursday afternoon, not very busy. The man was doing a regular customers nails and listening to their conversation it turns out that half the old staff quit. This is probably why my services were so poor compared to what I expected based on the recommendations.The lady who did my eyebrows cause me to bleed. She was shocked and tried to play it off.The lady who did my nails, Tiffany, did a poor job. I had to fix her work myself. When she got to my nails, an appointment of hers showed up, so she asked another lady to do them but she refused, even though they weren’t busy. This lady sat scrolling on her phone. This led Tiffany to rushing to get me done so that she could get to this lady. There was hair caught in the manicure but it couldn’t be removed because the gel had already set.$81 for poor quality, rushed work.Services: Manicure, Gel manicures, Pedicure, WaxingNightmare. Great place. Very clean. $55 for a full set of acrylics with gel, plus coffin shape! But what was best was how much the lady cared about how much I was going to enjoy my nails. Down to the size and width of my coffin shape. Then when it came to colors, she put 4 different shades of pink on my nails for me to pick from. She was great. Will be my new home salon. Just moved from Tampa to Jacksonville.

Do not recommend! The entire pedicure experience was rushed. I got the deluxe organic spa thinking it would take some time, since it came with multiple add ins. First off I was never asked which scent I wanted. Then when it can to the the scrub, She scrubbed my feet for maybe 30 seconds (that’s high side) and then never through out the rest of the pedi did she massage my feet. She put the wax, hot stones (which weren’t hot) and the lotion all at the same time. Took away each moment of enjoying the change. She also didn’t even paint my toe the whole way. My boyfriend was next to me getting his, he never got his foot massage. However, he did enjoy the hot stones. This was not a good experience at all. Rather then feeling relaxed I’m just annoyed with the job done.

If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. My daughter, was totally disrespected by the staff. She called me crying, telling me how the staff commented about her weight, asking if she had kids. My daughter is plus size. She told them that she has no kids so they said, “oh your fat” laughing at her and poking her stomach. This continued until she left with a half done pedicure. The staff member used a cheese grater on her feet and her feet are now sore. The authorities will be contacted. My daughter is very respectful, she’s a well groomed beautiful professional woman. I refuse to let them get away with this unusual, disrespectful behavior. This is unacceptable!! Their license should be terminated!!.

Awful. If I could give negative stars I would. I spent $70 for a hot stone pedicure. Essentially it was a few rubs with a warm stone. I got ” regular ” nail polish on my toes. I waited more than 30 minutes, they still weren’t dry. I ask them to remove the polish because it was smeared all over then they kindly offered to charge me an additional $15 for gel toe polish that would dry quicker. I’d like my money & tip back.

Walked in and let my feet soak but nothing looked sanitary. I had waited 15 minutes but I didn’t want to be rude, but read some other reviews while waiting, looked around and couldn’t find the health rating. The chair did not look clean and the towel had someone else’s nail dust on it. Smelled kind of funky in there so decided to leave. Would not recommend.
