Walked in Friday afternoon for a manicure and gel polish. The man that did my nails didn’t talk at all fine I popped my headphones in. But to have gel polish peel off 24 hours later is ridiculous. The mani was a bowl of warm water and then he filed down my nails, the polish didn’t cover the whole nail and spots were missing. I said nothing because he didn’t appear as he was ready to do anything about it. You live you learn

I absolutely LOVE this place and I would recommend any of my friends or family to come here. I always get my pedicures and manicures here by Wendy and Ted, and recently decided to also get a balayage for my hair from Kim. I’m beyond impressed and satisfied with my experience! I’ve posted pictures of my before and afters. Not only is this salon affordable with their reasonable prices, but the atmosphere is just AMAZING and everyone is SO KIND. I love talking with everyone there, and I feel cared for with the offers for refreshments and how they always make sure I leave the door with a big smile. Love this place! Would rate higher if I could! 🙂

Absolutely adore Belleza nails! Their customer service is top notch and the skills are some of the best I’ve seen! Although the work was decent, I was treated abhorrently. When I called to book, I specifically asked if a service was available during my pedicure. I was reassured that it was. During the pedicure, I reminded them that I wanted this service, and they became highly upset, started raising their voices, refused the service, and created such a scene that I was humiliated. The man who did my nails was very cold, unfriendly, and downright rude. There are a TON of places to go, avoid this place. I’ll never return… ever. Shame on you for talking to your customers in this manner.
