I’ve purchased two packages of six sessions, completed 11 of them and maybe have a 20% reduction. After the first three sessions, I noticed a dramatic reduction, maybe 40%. Then the results stopped, Indu said that my recent weight gain, full disclosure I gained about 5 pounds, could have played a role in the hormonal imbalance that was triggering more hair growth. Being completely embarrassed, I purchased another package of six sessions, with the assurance that I would most likely not need all of them to be happy with my results. Five more sessions later and I am devastated that I invested so much money for zero benefit. At one point I stopped seeing her personally for my sessions and I started going to whatever technician she had employed at the time, asking them about my results and voicing my concerns and each time they were also shocked. I have light skin with dark hair, this should not be happening. She also doesn’t seem to keep technicians very long, so maybe they’re catching on to whatever is happening there as well. I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt and say that my situation was an anomaly, but I purchased the sessions with a close friend, who is having the same issues. She has a different skin type and hair coloring. She has also purchased nine sessions, completed eight and is not happy with the minimal results she has received.

Indu, the owner of Bellezza Lazer Spa, is very kind and professional. I purchased a full body package and Indu did a great job of making me feel comfortable while receiving treatment. Her studio is clean, beautiful and she takes many COVID precautions. In terms of the hair removal itself I’d say that 70% of my hair is gone and the hair that is there is much thinner and more manageable. Overall, I am pleased with the service I purchased.
