Amie is fantastic at men’s haircuts! I’ve been searching for a good haircut in Peoria and am so glad I found someone I can trust. She’s phenomenal at recreating what I want and gives great advice. I’ve gotten countless compliments since I started going to her . The Heights is lucky to have a great local salon owned and operated by a true artist.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis is a review for Amanda that works at Bellezza and NOT a reflection of Bellezza. Bellezza is a quaint wonderful place and you’ll have a great experience, but Amanda is entirely a different story. She is constantly rescheduling appointments, doesn’t show up for appointments, doesn’t respond to text messages (her preferred method for booking appointments and communications), and cancels appointments right before the time of appointment (two times i showed up at the place and she didn’t show up). She is never short of excuses for rescheduling or for not showing up for appointments. NEVER MET ANYONE SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
