Saw Dana. I will say it was an expensive price for just a haircut, but at the same time she absolutely nailed my haircut. Perfect in every way. I love it!! One of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in a while. She did my layers just perfect and my hair just lays so beautifully now. She blended my curtain bangs to somehow make them look longer. She worked some magic with my hair. Super happy!

I am new to TN and I was very apprehensive to start with a new stylist. Tabitha was warm and welcoming from the moment I met her. She wanted me to tell her what I was looking for, my hair concerns etc. Tabitha had suggestions and ideas for my hair and she was so spot on. I love my color !! I recommend her highly! She is friendly, warm, fun, experienced, and knowledgeable . Her chair mate Shannon was also so friendly and shared ideas. I had a great experience all around, was like a morning out with your girlfriends !!

I visit this salon monthly, and I see Ashtin Rains for my skin care needs (facials, peels, skincare products, brows, etc.) and Brazilian waxing. She is always professional and friendly during my visits. She’s very knowledgable in skincare, and always knows what my face needs for that month when I come in to see her. I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful! I get compliments all the time on how great my skin looks, and it’s all because of her and the products she recommends for me! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an Esthetician!! She goes above and beyond, and is wonderful at what she does!

I referred my mom to this place because she wanted to spoil herself with some highlights, and because so many of my friends went here, but I was shocked and disappointed. Not only that my mom got something completely different than what she asked for, and her hair is absolutely damaged now, but “Peggy” the receptionist was extremely rude and all she wanted was the money, didn’t even ask if my mom was happy or not.

I just have to brag on Tori V. real quick, I was new to the salon and I just wanted a shampoo blow dry and some curls in my hair, I had a 10am appointment with another stylist but she had already scheduled someone and didn’t tell the receptionist, so I waited an hour and 15 and her 11am showed up and I knew she wasn’t going to get to us both so I decided to just leave. But the very sweet receptionist was tore up about it and asked everyone to see if they could squeeze me in and unfortunately everyone said no, so on my way out Tori was leaving as well and she asked the receptionist if she was looking for her and she explained to her the situation, tori did not have to but she said come on back with me just as happy as could be! She made my hair look absolutely beautiful and only in 30 minutes! Sweetest stylist ever and I will be back to her, don’t worry I made sure to compensate her for her time! She was amazing and I highly recommend her!
