I came in for the first time on Thursday and had an incredible experience. Liz was amazing. Very personable and helped me with a ton of questions about my hair health. I got about 7-8 inches cut off and I love it. She taught me how to style my new look, some products to help with my hair PH and did an amazing brow wax. Liz will be my new go to!

I spend a good amount of money here for my wife and daughter to get their hair done at this salon and it’s overpriced and the front desk employees have an attitude and act very unfriendly. Two in particular the day we went in, Cassidy and Morgan were at the front desk and looked annoyed checking us in. When we smiled and said hello we got a fake half smile followed by a look of disgust. Way to feel welcome! The first face you see at a salon is the front desk, hopefully management works with their younger employees on being more professional and courteous towards guests.

1st time here, everyone was helpful and friendly. Showed up close to closing and they were still happy to give my son a haircut and our beautician did a great job! The salon was very neat and clean. I plan on returning for future service.

I’m from out of town. Express pedicure is not explained in detail. You literally soak your feet, nails filed (not heels), and polished. I was severely disappointed and underwhelmed. I could have done that myself. Way over priced. Eyebrow waxing was good, but no trimming was done. Pedicure, Waxing

My aesthetician Lindsey was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and we exchanged fun stories. I went in for a Brazilian wax and express facial. Let’s face it, you’re getting hair pulled from a sensitive area, however, Lindsey was very gentle. In fact, this was the least painful experience I’ve ever had in getting Brazilians. Lindsey took the time to explain each step in the facial and each product she used, and catered the products to my specific needs. She also recommended products to improve my skin that I could use at home. I will definitely be returning.

I wanted so badly to give this salon 5 stars, I’m giving 3 stars because my experience here was less than fabulous. As a first time client I took for granted that the girl that cut my hair knew what she was doing because she worked at a higher end salon. She whacked my hair off , and to boot looks NOTHING like the picture I showed her. It’s literally going to take months to grow my hair back out . I’m giving three stars because of the way Steve handled the situation, he is going above and beyond to make it right for me, and I also felt that he truly felt bad. Thank you for that Steve. I will go back, but next time I will ask for a more experienced stylist.

Positive: ProfessionalismMy hair stylist of 15 years has recently given up color so I went out on my own to find a new one. After having 2 “not great” experiences, I ended up at my third salon in 6 months. I met Averie and although young, she was very skilled. I was thoroughly impressed with her work and would highly recommend her!
