If I could give a negative score, I would in a heartbeat. The person in charge who is at chair # 1 is RUDE and discriminatory. First experience, she put me last because I brought 4 kids to get a haircut and then a Caucasian man walked in the door after I did and therefore cha-Ching she skipped me and took care of the white man. So what I do now is ask and wait for Patricia because she’s good and genuinely cares about her customers. So this is my final experience because the lady who I am assuming is the owner (Chair#1) tells Patricia to help another customer who walked in the door even though we were next in line! If this lady is indeed the manager, she needs learn some leadership and customer service skills because you don’t know who you are helping and don’t know the connections they may have. I do not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy!
