Belleza is the greatest. The environment is so calming; even a short visit feels like an oasis of peace in my day. I have met with several stylists there, and they are uniformly delightful and skilled. Beth is my usual stylist and I adore her. She is so upbeat and talented at making my hair look great. Additionally, I had been to multiple pedicure parlors before I met Tracey at Belleza. I will never go anywhere else now. Tracey is so personable and skilled at the work that she does. Go to Belleza; you will be so glad that you did.

Terrible service while also being the most expensive place I’ve used. The stylist (Sarah) didn’t listen to me or take basic care into account. I told her what I wanted done with my hair which she chose to ignore. She chose instead to do a treatment that I didn’t ask for that was significantly more expensive than what I wanted. She also didn’t use any sort of heat protection when blow drying and ironing my hair. To cap it off, the stylist barely spoke to me throughout the hours I was there. Beyond disappointed with the service, results, and the cost.

Wish I could like this salon cause it’s clean and close to home. However I’d rather drive 2 hours to my normal salon. Stylist didn’t ask any questions about the length of layera I wanted, or if it looked okay. Cut my hair, then blow dried it (WITH NO HEAT PROTECTION), then pretty much rushed to the door. No questions about if I liked it, what my hair goals are or if I need any products. And again, absolutely no products put in my hair to protect it from the heat and frizz. To make it worse, it was the absolutely most expensive hair cut I’ve ever gotten.

Based on my 20 years as a customer service manager, I don’t recommend Belleza. In my experience, they are highly unprofessional, their communication is dishonest and rude, and they care more about profit than customers. I went to one of their stylists for about two years with no problem, but then I had to cancel about four appointments over the span of five months or so. I was careful to cancel at least two days in advance, yet my stylist got very angry and said she would no longer take my appointments. That reaction seemed strange, since as far as I know, no other profession treats cancellations this way. (Even doctors and dentists don’t make it an issue as long as you give the notice they require.) However, I apologized to the stylist in a phone call and a thank-you card, and some five years later, I called to set an appointment with a different stylist. I was abruptly put on hold and left there for over 5 minutes. I decided to call back the next day, and I was told there was a problem with the scheduling computer and the receptionist would call me soon. Another day passed…I called again…and this time the receptionist said she didn’t have time to set the appointment. At that point I brought up the problem with my previous stylist and asked if that was somehow still an issue, and it was — I was told that both the stylist and the salon manager had to give their permission before I could become a client again. So I was lied to, and lying to a customer is never justifiable. And it is clear that Belleza doesn’t understand that profit and success happen when you give customers reasons to keep coming back, not when you look for reasons to tell them to go away.

I really enjoyed my experience here. It was one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. They used great products in my hair and since it was my first actual hair cut in years they were very respectful to any hesitations.
