Went in for a bleach and tone, left with super brassy hair, it took over 5 hours… to just touch up my roots, and my hair was still wet when I left. Very blotchy, found bleach still on my face, and overall a poor job. Don’t recommend coming here if you’re looking to lighten your hair. No styling, poor time management…. Charged me for two separate tones because she didn’t leave the first one on long enough. She told me to go home and put some purple shampoo on it… “that should fix it”… I didn’t pay you so that I could go home and fix it myself…

Jill is very professional, excellent at her craft and yet is also so personable! It’s hard for me to trust someone with my hair & can be a little picky, but Jill makes me feel at ease. So much so, I now just go in & let her work her magic. And also great with kids, does my nephew’s hair & my little cousins too!

Natalie is an angel! I am very happy my husband found this salon for me while we were looking for someone to do my hair. She takes care of me like I am her only client for that day! Her partners are very nice and make me feel so welcome. The place is so relaxing as if you are just visiting a friend to hang out with. Already a customer for one year and counting.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityJill is the worst hair stylist I’ve ever seen. She is very unprofessional and talks the whole time about her issues. She does not know how to cut hair properly and does a horrible job. She doesn’t care what style you want and does whatever she wants to do .
