I’ve been making regular appointments ever since then with May because she does a fantastic job on my long nails. I do nexgen and switch between coffin shape and almond shape. May never disappoints. Critical: ProfessionalismMy friend and I made appts for a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived they offered me gel or dip, perfectly normal! My friend made her choice- acrylics + gel and a normal pedi and I asked for the exact same. Their response was that they don’t have the staff or time to do my nails, that I could get gel without acrylic- but with acrylic would take too long. Could the person doing my friends nails do mine after since she is (I guess) the only staff member that knows how to do acrylic? Afraid not, she already has an appt after. They cancelled right there in front of me- still offered the pedi, but I no longer wanted to give my business. Super annoying, I was looking forward to this all week. My friend made her choice- acrylics + gel and a normal pedi and I asked for the exact same.
