the very unprofessional owner cussed me out on the phone with no context after i asked for a refund because my nails are painfully irritated and i’m still bleeding from my cuticles 2 days later. they DO NOT care about the customers satisfaction and are extreme gaslighters at this horrific establishment. the sloppiest most rushed job i’ve ever seen. not to mention an employee was sleeping in a chair when we walked in. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY!!!!

I was going to this nail salon ever since it opened!! Never had a problem until NOW!! Whoever this girl is (NOT THE OWNER) needs to learn BETTER customer service!!! I don’t understand how a nail tech can get an attitude or make their client feel some type of way. All because I wanted my nails done a certain way!! Not to mention that I’m getting my REAL nails done!! I HATE my nails sooooo bad cause I don’t like them and didn’t like how I was treated!! I take pride in my nails!!! Went there 8/13 for a fill. The male tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t paint my entire nail and when I asked if he could add another coat very nicely his response was “Oh My God”. So naturally I was uncomfortable, I explained that I would prefer he not be so aggressive as he tried to snatch my hand and once I said that he jumped up while kids were sitting there and yelled “I don’t need this shit” and stormed away. Seems like this is typically behavior once I read the reviews before posting my experience.

Overall, I had a good experience. They did my nails beautifully. However, they were far from friendly and rough! The guy who did my nails kept yanking my hands with no verbal command. In addition, he actually scratched my hand when yanking my hand, the fresh, pointy nail scratched my other hand. Despite this though, I still give 3 stars since they did my nails and they look great.

Critical: QualityDon’t waste your money. I went today to get a full set/gel. The man didn’t do any cuticle care. I needed my cuticles pushed back and the sides cleaned up during nail prep like they’re supposed to. Didn’t have me wash my hands of the debris from filing before painting. During the painting process he didn’t paint the sides of my nails or the tips. Sloppy and chunky job. I corrected him on the sides and painting the whole nail and it still turned out terrible. $45 for complete trash that I’ll have to pay to get fixed because I’m not confident to even go back for them to be fixed by someone else. These are the worst nails I’ve ever had. Let me also add, that it’s completely shady that they only take CASH on sundays. My friend went 2 weeks ago for a full set of gel and hers were only $35. So today I took my family and three of us got our nails and our feet done and I got my best friend’s nails done and the lady straight up told all four of us that the total charges would be $355 come to find out when I’m looking at my credit card statement tonight she charged me $426 without my permission this is $71 difference. So I plan to go there tomorrow morning when they open up and speak to them about it and if they don’t fix it then I’m filing charges for theft because that is ridiculous but you can’t tell me it’s going to be $355 and then turn around and lie about the charges and say it’s $426 like $71 you’re going to add on for what that’s not what you told me before I left the store before you took my payment let alone you didn’t even give me a receipt. And you didn’t have me sign anything for the nails.

I came in a few weeks ago and got a fill I’m usually pleased with my experience but the last time I went I had $6 cash for tip I wanted to give ten I asked the man who did my nails if he could give me change afterwards as their ATM only gives $20s my service was a fill and gel polish with a design coming out to $45 with tip is would have been $55 right? Wrong when I went over to give him the $20 so I could get change he didn’t even pay attention to me and just said thank you and continued what he was doing I’m not confrontational but I am very upset that I paid $65! That’s almost half the bill!
