The actual appointment for the laser hair removal went great. Appreciated the numbing cream and time for it to set; made the experience better.

Previously, the manager David was professional and accommodating, after the micro-needling machine broke on my first treatment they gave me a gift card for the inconvenience so I returned and did not make an issue. I loved the esthetician Stephanie who was doing my laser treatments. David and Stephanie no longer work there, I had already paid for the laser hair removal package of three, and half of the fotona treatments. I went back to the new esthetician for my second treatments on both, before completing my treatment their laser machine broke just like the micro-needling machine. However this experience was horrific. The new manager and esthetician left me with the door open exposed, implied I was the reason the machine broke as this was the second time this happened with me there, then had the audacity to call me that evening saying they “lost” my records and accused me of walking out without paying!
