The place is definitely clean and quiet. I like the atmosphere. The color itself is BEAUTIFUL. He (kelvin) did a great job as far as that goes. I will definitely come back but I may ask for a tech who has better reviews on dip and how clean/even looking they are.

Sonya was a great nail artist. She did amazingly on my ombre and I couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is very typical but it is very open and has a lush feeling. We only did manicures so I can’t speak to the pedicures. My friend says the pedicures are equally as good. She did note Kathy cut her fingers a couple times unfortunately. But if you’re looking for a good nail salon that you can rely on, head here.

Honestly, I am so upset for having spend $39 dollars on a no chip manicure that was HORRIBLE. Leaving the salon they were already coming off because he did not clean the edges before putting me under the UV light. He used his nails rather than taking a brush with nail polish remover. They cured with polish on my skin that peeled off when I was getting home. Also… If you are going to have male technicians please make sure that they are gentle with the clients. I wish I could get my money back.

I have gone to belle palace many times and tried it again after taking a break! They are by far one of the most expensive places in the area -by $10 for a mani and pedi. I got a no chip there on Thursday 7/15. By Saturday the 17th the color on my fingers was fading and my thumb had chipped. I called them and they said come in to fix but couldn’t take me until Sunday. I got them for a party Saturday night. I couldn’t make it Sunday so I just called to get my appointment for Wednesday and they said they were going to charge me $24 to change the color! I am shocked! I can’t believe that they would charge me! I am disappointed. Sharing pictures.

I have gotten a pedicure here at least a dozen times. I had always been happy. That changed yesterday when I had the worst pedicure in my life. She was not careful and used the file on my cuticles. She also left several nails jagged. My cuticles hurt, and I have to put Neosporin on them to ease the pain. Pedicure
