I hate writing negative reviews but my experience here was so disappointing. It was my first time here and I walked in without an appointment for a manicure/pedicure and they called someone in to help very quickly which was so nice. The owner seems lovely. This was my first trip to a nail salon in two years I was so excited to relax but the tech who did my pedicure made me bleed so many times that the whole pedicure was very painful. My nails came out looking lovely but I also was bleeding on my fingers and now the next day the polish is discoloring around all the edges. It’s OPI polish so I don’t understand what process they use that resulted in this discoloration. Really bummed and maybe a fluke because this spot has good reviews which is why I went there but I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future.

The pedicure was a great experience. The girl who did it was very professional and detailed. She even used two different colors of polish on my toes so that they would look more natural. The entire process took about an hour, but it felt like less because I was so relaxed and enjoying myself.

My daughter and I went here for the first time for gel manicures and pedicures. We did not have an appointment and they fit us in within 20 minutes. Friendly staff but the quality of the nails lacked. It’s been 3 days and my daughters gel manicure has literally been falling off one nail at a time, she has 4 nails with gel on them left. My set has held up well, however the technician filed my nails down way to short, to the point it hurt and made my cuticles bleed on a couple fingers. I have been to many nail salons over the years and have never had such a disappointing experience (mainly for my daughters nails). We unfortunately will not be visiting again or recommending.
