So I went Friday 08/26/22 to get a pedicure and a fill-in($70.00).Customer Service was A-1, pedicure was nice with the exception of the young lady not knowing how to polish. I asked for polish change because she missed spots and the polish was messy and to thick. So I picked a different polish just for her not to take off all of the previous polish and once again a rush job. I took my losses and will not return

Been going to Belle’s for many years. Did not have an appointment today. Waited for 2 hours after being told 3 times that it will be 15 minutes more. I understand they were busy but had someone told me when I got there that there was a very long wait I would have come back at a later time or made an appointment for another time. Very poor communication from the staff. Had to leave because I had another appointment. Very frustrated and disappointed. I won’t go back.

If you don’t like being manhandled for what is supposed to be a relaxing time. I went in on Saturday morning for a pedi and the guy (HONG) that works there started to work on my pedi and he was very ruff. I asked him to ask me to turn to better assist him in my pedi and he drained the water and yelled at me. Lady work on you. I said because I won’t allow you to be ruff with me. He responded you go back to front and wait on someone else I said so your refusing me service. I would never recommend or step foot in this place ever again. The customer service is beyond reprehensible.

I went here on a Friday and on Saturday I noticed my polish was already chipping. I called and was told to come in on Monday to have them re done. When I got to this salon Ann the young lady who did my nails said sorry these are not warranty . I said I paid 25.00 for manicure and the polish shouldn’t come off in one day. I won’t be using them again for anything in the future.

This is my new spot!! I’ve been looking in this area for a year and been to alot of different salons, this one is the best. They got me in right away, helped me pick out a specific color I was wanting and gave me a TERRIFIC massage and pedicure. Their massage chairs are newer and work very well. I will ONLY come here!!

The salon is uber clean, which is really important to me and shows they care about their business and keeping everyone safe from germs. It is also totally adorable inside and updated. There is signage as well requiring wearing a mask and the employees wear them correctly. I honestly am for masks anyway in a business like this because the employees wear them anyway when working on nails so they are not breathing in the fumes and dust. It just makes sense for everyone despite the current pandemic. Their chairs for pedicures are new and one of the sides open out like a door so you can slide in and out easily without fumbling around. Their nail polish selection is not the biggest I have seen, but they offer quality colors as well as quality brands to choose from. The staff I have interacted with are extremely friendly. Recently discovered this nail salon a couple months ago. The salon is uber clean, which is really important to me and shows they care about their business and keeping everyone safe from germs. Critical: Qualityi paid $70 for a full set and chrome powder and they honestly looked really good until they started falling off a week and a half later. 2 stars because they looked really pretty, but I’ve had cheaper and better experiences elsewhere. $70 is way too much for sets that can’t stay on.Service: Manicure
