My sister and I just got our nails done here and we loved it! The service was fast and they took their time. I believe they have a new manager now! She was great and very nice! The gentleman was nice too and did a great job on my nails! We will be back!

While I’ve been using this salon a few years, I’m gonna have to find a new place to go now. The last 2 times I’ve been (only able to go about 3 times in the past year because well, responsibilities), haven’t been the best or even that good. I’ve been struggling financially the past few years and being able to get a Pedicure is a special occasion. Today, I went and asked for gel pedicure, bc I got a gift card to go for my birthday. I let her know I was there for my birthday and wanted the deluxe pedicure. About halfway through, she informed me that I was just getting regular because she didn’t have time for a deluxe. That I could get deluxe next time. I was disappointed. My pedicure was ok I guess. Polish has spots that you can tell weren’t painted thoroughly and you can see nail underneath. I’m just disappointed.

The manager/owner is very rude and unprofessional She treats some people differently then others. Even If she is speaking her language to her staff, she seem to be speaking down to them. She never smiles, ever. The ladies there are nice, just not the owner. I only go there because I love how some of the ladies do my nails. Owner needs to change her attitude, it is important to be more nicer to customers. The customers are why she is in business.

I was reading all the reviews here and i was very surprise. I actually have been going here for about 6 years, i have never had any issues, my daughter who is now 16 has come as well, with and without me. They have never said no to taking us even knowing i don’t have an appointment, and i don’t mind waiting because that means they are not rushing you off a chair to take more people. I have tried all the places around me and this is by far the cleanest place, the nail techs are very good, and they are very nice, I guess i like the fact that they are not talking to me because I go there to relax and I’m very secure about myself so even if they talked bad about me i would not know I don’t speak their language. We live in a very negative world where people are always judging each other. My nails always look great and i have never gotten an infection or cut by anyone here.

So I’ve been going to this salon for quite a while and have really liked the service I have received from Lisa and Nina. However I sent my daughters there for a treat and they were treated horribly. They are young and were talked about and down to the entire time they were there. One daughter had her nails ripped off rather than removed by soaking and the other was not given the service she asked for. I am not sure what the problem was but I give great tips and my girls know to do the same. The funny thing is that my daughters were treated well when they were with me in the past but without me they were treated poorly. They will not be successful if they treat young people poorly. My girls had plenty of MY money to spend but it’s likely that non of us will be back. I count at least $300 per month plus $50 in tips all cash that the are losing without us. Sad for them.

The nail technicians in this Salon are very friendly and work quickly, however, my nails are not shaped very good. I would probably go back for the experience but not to get my nails done again. Possibly my feet. Overall it was a nice experience.
