Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am sorry to say my experience here was not a good one. The workers are kind, and I am under the impression they are under staffed because of turbulent times. With that being said, please take my review with a grain of salt. I had my nails done and I sat and waited for 20 minutes, even though I had an appointment. Once I finally sat down, my nails soaked off old dip powder for about 30 minutes. If you have ever had dip it does not take that long… During the actual appointment, the woman doing my nails kept getting up to do other things unrelated to my appointment. I also paid for a manicure and did not get the little massage at the end! :(A DAY after I had my dip powder put on, 4 nails cracked. I went back to get them fixed and it took an HOUR and 30 minutes to fix 4 nails. I was absolutely shook it took this long.A week and a half later, my nails are cracking when I have had the dip powder services at other places in DC last 3-4 weeks… as they should.Do not waste your money here. I am sorry to say my experience here was not a good one. The workers are kind, and I am under the impression they are under staffed because of turbulent times. With that being said, please take my review with a grain of salt. I had my nails done and I sat and waited for 20 minutes, even though I had an appointment. Plexiglass up in both pedicure chair and manicure stations. Hand washing and temperature check required upon entry. This has been my go to nail shop since moving here 5 years ago (Everyone is great but I’ve been a client of Nikki from day one), so I wanted to support ASAP and see how I felt during my appointment. Hand washing and temperature check required upon entry.
