I got a gift card from this place for Christmas. I tried to use it three times. The first two times I had a little extra I needed to put on my debit card, and both times they charged the full amount to my debit card “on accident”. I just walked out of my last pedicure from there ever since all of a sudden now they aren’t honoring gift cards from the previous owner. All three times I went there were after the previous owner had left and not once did they tell me they weren’t honoring it until I tried to pay the full amount with the gift card. What a scam. They tried to give me a punch card and a 15% off coupon for next time. They’ve scammed me out of $120 at this point and a 15% off coupon is supposed to make it up. Never going back.

I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in the parking lot leaving very unsatisfied with my pedicure!!!!I’ve been coming to belle salon for YEARS for pedicures and this is my last time ever dealing with this place !! Seems like since Salena left so did the quality of their services!!! First of all my feet are not soft this guy did a horrific job… I could’ve done this myself at home!!!! I can’t even count the times he poked me with one of the tools, he was very rushed and did a horrible job!!! Then they tried charging me 5$ for some sea salt scrub, talking about the cost of everything is going up!!! Yea well if I was getting good service I wouldn’t mind but unfortunately for belle nail salon they have lost a loyal customer.. ps I usually tip 10-15$ for my pedicures he got what he deserved ZERO… DO NOT GO HERE YOU’LL REGRET IT

Ever since they switched management from Salina this place has become the WORST NAIL SHOP EVER!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! A woman named Gigi did my pedicure and it was horrendous. I don’t think anybody working there has had any proper training or knowledge at all. They didn’t even clean up my nails when I got dip polish and layered the powder in too thin. They set up an appointment for me with my usual girl only for me to go there and find out she’s been on vacation and they scheduled it without her knowledge!!!! She wasn’t there and I had to get my nails done by somebody who didn’t know what they were doing. The new manager jimmy probably never had any experience in the beauty industry. I literally hope they shut this place down. It’s AWFUL. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and praying that somebody files a lawsuit for poor business practice.

The service was through, quick, and relaxing. I also had my brows waxed. Salena was friendly as usual and she gives special attention to clients. I also like that the salon is clean and close to my home.

I went in to my appt today with Salina not only was I lied to that she was still on vacation ~found out later they fired her~Jimmy told me he was the owner and how he owned 2 shops~My nails look awful my cuticles had the polish for dip all dried up~My nails looked better going in~Also he charged me $10 more I was just in 3weeks ago~If Salina is gone I will NEVER GO BACK~Good Luck You will loose a lot of customers now that she’s gone~Over charging and Liars~

Had a gel manicure done yesterday by an older lady – she painted over most of my nail beds and the polish is already starting to peel off in those areas. I’m afraid this won’t even last me through the week which is dissapointed because gel manicures aren’t cheap and they are supposed to last. The color is also not painted on completely even. Also had a pedicure done – no complaints there.
