I just finished my initial free consultation this morning. Kate Brady is my treatment coordinator, and is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She listened to my personal expectations and explained how they could be accomplished. I look forward to the procedure to reduce my arms, so that I can purchase garments with sleeves in a size that matches my arms with the rest of my body. Kate is enthusiastic, compassionate and empathetic – while remaining realistic – I enjoyed our consultation. I will review again after my procedure and follow-on care.
