Deceptive business practices. The owner claimed that the Groupon I purchased was the same laser hair removal provided without the Groupon. I went to another salon after having finished my package and was upset because I was still seeing hair grow back. Turns out that the owner of Bella La Vie LIED to my face, she was not doing actual removal.

Christine is amazing. Prior to meeting her, I had tried different laser treatments, most were unsuccessful and all were painful. So painful, that even with numbing cream, it was barely tolerable. Christine explained the difference between lasers and I gave it a try. To my surprise, not only was the treatment a complete success but no numbing cream was needed.

So called skin expert was rude in the lobby she definately lacks that professional spa touch in her tone and appearance alone. She also insults you for having dry skin (and even laughed)…REALLY!!! Im sure you’ve seen alot worse in your line of work. Also not very smart…Dont be fooled by the name of the place or how it look inside. In a spa its ALL about the service and how your treated and made to feel, this place doesn’t give you that. I Wouldnt recommend!
