Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just love them, I’m a Nurse so I’m aways last minute. The staff always tries to get me in no matter what, they are professional and try to get you out as fast as possible. The hair style above usually take 10 hours they always get me in and out with 4-5 hours no problem. I have really fine hair and it’s hard for most people to braid but they do it with no problem . They really know what they are doing. I just love them, I’m a Nurse so I’m aways last minute. The staff always tries to get me in no matter what, they are professional and try to get you out as fast as possible. The hair style above usually take 10 hours they always get me in and out with 4-5 hours no problem. I have really fine hair and it’s hard for most people to braid but they do it with no problem . Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis was my first time trying a shop in westmont and it was TERRIBLE! My appointment was set for 8:30 and the lady didn’t get there until 9:15. I went to get knotless braids so She started my hair and half way braided them down. Then another customer came in 2 hours after me and got box braids. The lady was done before me and was done within 5 hours!!!!! I was in that shop for 7 in a half hours for no reason. They took way too many breaks and had 2 kids there that they had to keep grabbing. The lady was on the phone the whole time and was very loud! And to top it off I was STARVING! They were eating while braiding my hair! This was a very bad experience! The owner was on the phone the entire time and more than likely because her head was tilted she parted my hair crooked. They said I don’t have hair like them, I have white hair, so they charged me another $20. I have curly hair, 2c, I am not white, like, at all, but that doesn’t even matter. I came washed and blow dried with nothing in my hair. I have jam gel caked in my head. I have had my hair braided many Times with no issues at all. I asked for 4 simple cornrows to the back and this could not be done. The owner was on the phone the entire time and more than likely because her head was tilted she parted my hair crooked.
