Mandi has been doing my hair for years. I get so many compliments on my hair that I truly need some of her business cards to carry around with me. I love her salon in Berea. Great location. Cozy atmosphere. Friendly people. After a few appointments it will become there place where “everybody knows your name.” Mandi is full of energy and makes great suggestions whenever I feel like trying something new. My daughter who is 14 loves it too. She won’t go anywhere else! Thanks Mandi for being the best in town!

Poor professionalism. Owner does not know how to conduct business. Does not separate home-life from work-life. I was treated horribly when I tried to make an appointment. I was ignored for a week. I didn’t even get a call back I got a random text message saying she couldn’t book me. I’ve gone here before never had a problem. It only pushed me to find a better stylist. I thought she was good but the stylist I have now is far exceeded excellent. Kind of glad it happened, my color needed help.

My hair color was in a terrible state after a salon used a terrible blonding solution which made my usually nice color blond super brassy. Never have I been so relieed to have found a great salon! My hair was fixed in a jiffy and the whole experience was delightful. Cudos to my new go to salon!

This was my first time going. My friend went here and she recommended to come here. Very nice place. Has very chill vibes and the workers are down to earth. I just got a trim. I believe it was the owner of the solon that worked on me and she did a wonderful job. I would say that because of such a simple haircut the price of it was a little bit up there $$. Overall the experience was great and I enjoyed it.
