Never had a issue with technicians, actually some on the best pedicure i have had, bit the owner had zero consideration for people time!!!! On Multiple multiple occasions (i always schedule appointments with specific technicians) i have been left waiting for 45-min to an hour with feet soaking in cold water to be seen. I have a very bust sched and sched my appointments to eliminate waiting because i do not have the time to wait. The owner says she is sorry and walks away!! Being that it happens almost EVERY 2 weeks she is not sorry!!! I will not be coming back!! OWNER HAS NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME!!!

This was my first time here, I Google it. I was just going to get a pedicure but was going to Vegas for the weekend so decided to get my nails. Price is reasonable & they did clean my cuticle before placing my nails. Not bad I will go again for my refill.

Critical: QualityI went in for a full set and pedicure. My pedi was great my nails are horrible and I will have to have them fixed at another salon. I have glue on my hands down to my knuckles, 2 spots bleeding from not paying attention filing, and my nails are bumpy and look like I need a fill.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Highly recommend, A+ service and price. The attention to detail and making sure things look perfect is awesome. Not every nail tech cares if they get a bubble or a dot, or if they didn’t get the sides right and that drives me crazy. These guys here are so awesome, that’s never a problem with them. Perfection every time. My nails are legit flawless, perfect! And the guy did the marble look by hand wow! He is super talented. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

The place might be cheaper than other nail salons but you pay for it. They take about an hour for a pedicure which woukd be great, except when it comes to the massage they just run their hands over your skin. No pressure or what a massage should be at all. They also file nails instead of clipping them with clippers. I’ve been here twice now and the chairs were terrible, each t8me I’ve left with my back screaming in pain since they do not recline enough, or scoot back enough because of a wall. Today was the last straw, I made an appointment was assured they could handle it all. (3 pedicures a Polish change and a fill) one hour into being here my mother had not even had any water put in her tub and was sitting there while 2others of us had been getting our pedicure completely. 5 others walked in and we’re instantly sat down. The 2 other people that worked there were working on another lady. As soon as the one who was doing her feet finished she tried to move onto the newer people. Each time we have asked what is going on, the woman who owns the shop I assume from the way she carries herself and behaves, we have been blatantly ignored and our questions not answered. We were told the man doing a pedicure on one of us would be switching over to do her feet and NOT the woman who had now finished. Completely ridiculous the way this is tan, do yourself a favor. Spend your money elsewhere. Until this place can learn customer service or how to treat people respectfully, they have lost all of our business.

1st time going to this nail spa the guy was very friendly said it would be about 12 min I said ok after about 30 min they prepared my water and I sat down the chairs are very comfy. And I had the sweetest older lady who did an amazing job on my feet. But It was closing time and I was the last one their so her co worker put the polish on my nails so she can get ready to go home as she was cleaning her co worker tells me next time dont come so late we close at 715 you need to be here no later then 530 6pm if you want anything done. Mind you I was their at 615 and did not get into a chair until 640 and she has the nerve to tell me next time come earlier cause they have a long drive home to Santa Ana so you can bet I wont be going back to that place.ill stick to my regular little nail shop.
