Annie is the best! I go to this salon regularly for hair care (cuts and color) as well as wax services. Generally more affordable than other salons and they’ve always done an exceptional job. Got a couples massage a few months ago and it was amazing! Good enough to want to go back a second time.. unfortunately the second time was awful. The ladies were extremely unprepared and unprofessional. I called in for a couples massage deep tissue, the same as the previous massage we got. The ladies that did our massages barely put enough pressure to rub in the lotion. They were trying to talk to us during the massage.. normally that’s fine just not when you’re trying to relax. I was extremely disappointed with my massage but I was okay with it because I was hoping my boyfriend was getting a good deep tissue massage. They gave us the option to leave our underwear on or take them off.. he told me he should have just took them off because the lady that did his pulled his underwear down and hand on hand repeatedly rubbed his butt. He didn’t get a “deep tissue” either. He said the most pressure he got was on his butt. He didn’t say anything because he didn’t want to offend me because I was the one getting us the spa day.. I’m so extremely disappointed and upset with the entire experience and will NEVER recommend or go back to Bella Viva.

I had 4 spa services this morning; a body scrub, eyebrow wax and mani/pedi. While the services were great, I could not say the same for the facility. The spa is in desperate need of a good cleaning, a fresh coat of paint and some reorganizing. During my spa services, I could hear workers talking about all sorts of things which made me wish the spa was more closed off or that there was a place for the employees to gather away from the spa area. Also, some employees were more welcoming than others and seemed to forget how to present a more relaxing experience for clients. Overall, good service but bad space
