I booked appointments for my mom (full set dip and signature pedicure) and I (full set acrylic with nail art and signature pedicure). My wedding is next week so I was looking for quality nail work in the area. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. The customer service was incredible. They wouldn’t let us leave the chair until they were absolutely certain we were happy with the nails, but that wasn’t a problem considering this is easily the best set of acrylics I’ve ever had! The signature pedicure is a must and so relaxing. One star review because the salon had nice chairs, great front store staff, easy to get an appointment. That is the extent of my service positive response. Nail tech kept ear pods in, no communication, checked watch for text messages and did a terrible job! Had to touch up when I got home, when I told her I did not want square nails, did not listen. I was excited about trying a new place due to good reviews and friends but I can not give a good review, I will not return

I stopped in when they first opened and only had to wait a few moments for set up. I have an injury to my calf, so I advised the young lady doing my pedicure and she made sure to handle that leg with care. She made sure to check every few minutes to make sure I was not in any discomfort. It’s been over a week and the polish is still on with no chips. I’ve been here in the past but it was busy so I’m glad I came in while they were slow to know that no matter what, they treat their clients with care. I definitely recommend coming here for nail salon services. Call ahead at peak times though as they are worth the wait. Prices are good too, it’s on average for the service expected. Cash tip though, so make sure you stop ahead of time if you’re a card user like I am.

Nathan and Deb are the best! I personally, go to chair 12 and have for four years. I have zero complaints. I feel like I’m chatting and hanging out with my friends when I come here. I get great service even if I have to wait a little to be seen. If you’re going to complain about an accidental nick that can happen at ANY salon you go to, then don’t get your nails done. Period.

Sloppy, uneven, to wide, and on skin and starting to peel 24 hours later. I went in for dip with tips at the end. The man that did my nails was in such a rush, the tips are too wide and the the dip powder was put on sloppy and uneven and on my skin and beginning to peel. I’m from out of state and I will disputing the charge if they do not refund me, since I refuse to drive 45 min for that fix.

This place is excellent, great, brilliant, and perfect in every essential. We moved here some weeks ago, and have tried a few places in the area. They were good but not “the” place. Checking reviews for salons within 15 minutes, Bellavan and its amazing reviews came up. So we tried it.

Nate and Deb are fantastic, unique, and quality nail artists who are friendly and compassionate. I only get my nails done a few times a year and am never disappointed with their service. They team is great and would never go to another nail salon!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuethey managed to squeeze my appointment in last minute and still spent a ton of time doing a beyond phenomenal job! nathan stayed almost an hour late to finish my nails. theyre all super kind and funny and they make you feel welcomed even if youre a first time client. the atmosphere is clean and professional as well. highly recommend!
