Mercedes was the best! I went in not really knowing what to ask for (or what to book my appointment for so we went over my time) but not once did I feel stupid. She seemed to know exactly what I wanted and worked with me to understand what I was looking for. Like I said we went over my time because my hair took a while to lift but I didn’t feel like she was rushing to get me out. It was overall a really great experience and my hair turned out better than I could’ve imagined!

She was super helpful explaining everything she was going to do with my hair to get it where I wanted it she also gave me tips for curling it & products to use for my specific hair type! My mom got me a gift certificate for a massage at Bellasazi for my birthday and I finally got some free time and got to use it today! I haven’t been to Bellasazi in a few years but I’ve always had perfect service and the staff is so friendly. Today was no different! I had Tim as my massage therapist and he was AMAZING! Spent special time on my neck and back as I requested and I’m feeling like a whole new person now. I almost fell asleep during the massage, it was very relaxing. I will definitely be booking again with him!

I went to Olivia after my boss recommended her. I was ready for a big change! Boy did she deliver! She was attentive and listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions! She is my hairdresser for life now! The spa itself felt relaxing and smelled SO good when I walked in. It is clean and beautiful with many people who want to truly make you feel better! 10/10 highly recommend! Before and after below.

Great salon! I’m a long-time customer of Merisa, the best, most consistent stylist I’ve ever had. She is professional, personable, easygoing, and has excellent judgment! She is a skilled stylist and, most importantly, a good listener who cares about the wishes of her customers. I get lots of compliments on my color and cut, even by my teens–LOL!! I have never left an appointment without feeling and looking 10 years younger! (Also, I love the little coffee bar!!)
