The work itself was ok. However, I specifically asked for a gel manicure and a reg pedicure. I was told gel removal on feet and nails was $60 including mani/pedi. I asked for pricing since I know most places are a bit sketchy and love to add additional for extra $$ so this was no different. I asked for classic pedicure. So why did I get the Bella’s pedicure!!! I clearly told the lady I wanted classic. Anyway, I had to leave abruptly since I was running late to my other appointment. So after I called and asked for a breakdown since my total was $93. I’m guessing I was charged $3 for using my debit card. I paid $60 dollars for a pedicure, no design no nothing only because the lady wanted to sell extra. Just be very careful when asking for items and be extra clear. Otherwise, they’ll do what they want.

I travel an insane amount of time out of the year literally to every single state and out of the country as well. Bellas is by far the best Salon I have ever been to, the service is always exceptional, the staff is always on point, prices are reasonable and most importantly it is exceptionally clean always, as a salon should be.

Gave this place a try because of the ratings. But mmm they’re OK. Pricey! Was quoted $60 for medium length coffin tips.. thought hmm.. good reviews, it better be worth it. Got them shorter than usual, but guy did not let me know he wasn’t going to be able to do the coffin tips.. he just did regular set.. and still tried to charge me $60, I brought to his attention that it is not as I requested.. he explained he couldn’t for the length I decided to get. I understand but he should of said he didn’t know how for the length when he was cutting them. Regardless.. they were nice regular set he took off $10 without me asking. Still high, but whatever at this point lol He did offer to try and fix them, but didn’t feel good about that at this point. Then after a better look when I got home.. not worth the price at all! One hand nails are slightly longer than the other hand lol I filed them down.. better now.. but take your chance.. Pricey nice people, clean place, fast service. That is all

This chip happened the same day I got my nails done.I called that evening and the receptionist told me they would charge me to fix my nail.The only reason I came here was because JP Nails was super busy and I had no time to wait.I used to come to Bella a long time ago and things changed Not sure if owner or management.So I started going to JP Nails and I am never disappointed when they do my nails.No wonder when I walked in that Saturday 2/8/2020 They took me immediately.They were not busy people know not to come here. Service was not great Do not recommend this place.I totally recommend JP Nails same shopping center

Critical: ProfessionalismI got Brandon and he was was rude and unprofessional. I didn’t get what I wanted AT ALL, and he messed up 8 of 10 fingers then refused to fix it unless I paid extra. This girl teri has the greatest memory on the face of the earth. I haven’t been here in two years and she remembered my name and my sons name. My mind is blown. Also they do a very good job on nails here. I only go here to get my nails done it’s been awhile but I have never gone anywhere else since I found this place. It was also my moms go to nail salon before she moved away. They have mimosas!!! So yummy

So this place rocks definitely love the workers who are nice and polite haven’t had a complaint. They know their stuff some might not be too good at English but they have someone there who would be able to translate so fear not. This place is by appointment so you’ll have to phone in in advance. Also be sure to have sandals if you’re getting a pedicure its more convenient that way just saying . And please wear your mask indoors as its required now. Also they do have restrooms and yes this place is clean and sanitary. Almost everything is either disposable or sterilized prior to being used on you. They are gentle on your feet and the pedicure stations are massage chairs as well so it’s pretty relaxing to turn them on while your feet are soaking. I guess every person is different but I have not had any problems with the staff. This place is usually very quiet and thats why I love it there.
