This was my first time visiting Bella Nails and I had a wonderful experience. Heather did my nails and she did a great job! She was very fast, but did not rush and her work is clean. She is friendly/funny and made me feel very comfortable. I did natural dip power nails with one silver glitter accent nail for NYE. Thank you Bella Nails!! Xoxo

Not the first time at this salon and always leave happy. Today, I had my manicure and pedicure done, and the lady who did it was very lovely and kind. She was very attentive and even confirmed if the nail polish I had chosen was still of my preference. At that time, I actually changed my mind and she was kind about it! It was a nice detail, and I really appreciated her understanding. I love the result (as usual) and will be back soon!

I’ve been coming to this place since it opened back in 2018 (if I’m not mistaken). I absolutely love Leslie’s work. She wows me every time. Prices are fit for the quality.

Been going here for years! Never been disappointed. If getting an acrylic set, I recommend Leslie or Louisa. They are so talented and pay attention to detail. Your set will be worth every penny.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI haven’t had my hands or feet done since late 2019 or maybe January of this year because of the lockdown, but Luisa brought my feet back from the dead! I’m really happy to see that it’s open and back in business with even MORE color options than before! I think there are over 400?!This salon is in tip-top shape. It’s spotless and she’s taking every precaution to keep the place sanitized. I felt completely comfortable and saw that the pedicure booth was wiped down with Lysol after I got up, and that there were plexiglass dividers at both the manicure AND pedicure stations. My mani and pedi were both perfect – no gaps on the side of my nails. They pay great attention to detail!See you in 2 weeks!I haven’t had my hands or feet done since late 2019 or maybe January of this year because of the lockdown, but Luisa brought my feet back from the dead! I’ve been going there for almost a year and the service has slowly gone worst. The last two times I went I felt like I was rushed even though I set an appointment ahead of time. I almost slipped and hit my head and the staff never apologized for the water spill. I left with pain in both my ankles. I decided to give it another chance and it was the same experience again. The lady who did my manicure was very aggressive and left me cuts on my fingers. I kept pulling away because of it and not because the “machine was getting to hot”. She rushed it all and did a terrible job. I’m NEVER going there again!

My technician made me so uncomfortable. She rushed through my manicure and was visibly annoyed with me throughout the whole process. She was so aggressive with my ingrown that I bled and my toe was swollen for days. During the manicure she swatted my hand away which lead to her smudging my nails. No apologies for either offenses. It was a really uncomfortable experience when all I wanted to do was relax.

I had a great experience and the young lady did a great job on my gel pedicure. Clean and neat. Would recommend. They follow CDC guidelines. This is my new place for when I am in this area. Next time when I have time I will do gel manicure and pedicure.

I went for a gel fill for my acrylics. The price on the board said $40. I asked for different colors and squiggly designs on all my fingers and somehow she charged me $75! Charged me for every color and every line. I expected a charge for this but not $35! The girl who did my nails was sweet but this was so not worth 75 bucks. Will not be back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI really wanted to like this place as I was excited to have a local nail salon to go to in the area. I like the fact that they follow sanitation by making you wash your hands and wear a mask. I’ve been here 3x and today I decided that I will not be returning. The first time, I got a dip set manicure, pedicure and eyebrows-paid via Venmo to the owner and tipped the young lady- the work was satisfactory. The 2nd time, I went for a SNS dip manicure and the young lady Louisa is very good but the product was not good quality as it chipped a day later and I immediately got it fixed and then a few more chipped a few days later after that but I just chalked it up to wear and tear (as I didn’t want to go back a 3rd time) as I knew the owner would probably try to charge me. This last trip, the 3rd time- I decided to get a regular pedicure and gel manicure this time. I assume the 2 ladies that worked on me are right out of nail school. One of the ladies did my regular pedicure and another did my gel manicure. I only got the gel manicure because I didn’t want to risk paying a lot of money for SNS powder that would just chip in a day or so. During my gel manicure the woman digged into my nails, not once but twice, I told her the first time she hurt me and then the second time she did it again…it seem intentional (it turned red) as this didn’t happen on my left hand. (This is why I assume she was right out of nail school). When it came time to pay, the owner said that I owed an extra $10 to remove SNS powder nails. I think $10 is unreasonable considering I was getting a gel manicure and the other time my nails chipped from SNS. Other nail salons it’s no charge as long as you are getting gel or dip. But it was her nasty attitude and tone about it. I said, okay and made up my mind that I won’t be coming back. I paid it and I paid her with Venmo ($60 plus tip made it over $70) I also tipped despite them hurting and being rough on my toes and finger nails. They didn’t even offer to help me take the pedicure toe holders off my toes or retrieve my shoes and the owner said “ did you pay” but she said it in a tone as if she thought I wasn’t going to pay. I paid her via Venmo (option at the business). It felt like my business was not appreciated or wanted and still after several hours of service my toes and left hand fingers are in pain from the roughness from the nail techs. Advice to owner- Please be respectful of all of your customers-treat everyone equally. Take more time with your pedicures and train your nail techs to take their time and not rush (fast and rush job-it’s a difference) and use better quality products so ppl don’t have lumpy nails and chipped Dip powder nails..And most of all Be Nice/kind. Don’t have such a nasty mean attitude especially when ppl just want go service. And stop arguing with people when they are giving you their review/feedback- it’s what they experience. Take it and change for the better.Services: Gel manicures, Waxing, Dip powder, PedicureI really wanted to like this place as I was excited to have a local nail salon to go to in the area.
