I’m not sure about these other post. But today I went to Bella for a blow out, and she was Great! Very knowledgeable, and explained the best options for my hair. I’m natural and she really explained my hair type, asked about my routine, and rejuvenated my hair. Everyone doesn’t have a bubbly personality, and doesn’t have to walk around smiling. Bella was far from rude, and I will be returning!!

i first went there to get my hair done last minute for easter sunday, and she tottally ruined my hair. She cut my hair into layers with out informing me, she was absolutely rude & she never smiles. Her chairs are absolutely uncomfortable & over like i said, she’s just plain rude. And ever since she’s cut my hair into layers, my hair takes to long to grow back evenly

I didn’t even get a chance to book an appointment because “Bella” herself was too rude to even give me the time to explain what I wanted done. She was extremely rude. Unfortunately, I was unable to experience their styling ability, so I can’t comment on that. But as far as customer service, Bella was horrible.
