Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAppointment was at 12 pm was there 10 min before schedule, it was 1220pm and the lady never showed up the other lady that was there called her to let her know she had 2 appointments waiting and she said she was running late(Obviously) and would be there 30 min later so an hour after the appointment. I understand things come up in our personal life and I don’t know what made her late for her appointments but a phone call would of been nice to reschedule my appointment or cancel.
