This was my first time and I will definitely be going back! My hair was in a terrible condition, so much that I couldn’t do it myself…. and finding this salon is a blessing as the staff is pleasant, the facility is cleaned and the younh lady who did my hair, she took the right amount of time to ensure that my hair was done perfect . I would recommend this place. It was a dark skin Spanish girl who did my hair…. very happy

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLet me just say I HATE MY HAIR! I just left the salon not to long ago ! I came in and wanted my hair wash blow and straighten… My hair was oily from some oils I had put in there to take my bond in out ! The stylist was gladly to assist me ! I did informed her my hair is oily .. she washed my hair about 20x no lie ! Usually it only takes about 4 wash and I’m done … but I do understand that I might have some glue still left in my hair … she than blow the back of my hair and say I need to be washed again this will be the 25x she washed my hair but long story short she straighten my hair with my hair still being oily and told me to pay and she moved on to the next client like it was okay ! Very upsetting bc she did my hair before and I never had a problem! The staff needs better Communication skills and English ! Cause not everyone that comes there speak Spanish!Let me just say I HATE MY HAIR! I just left the salon not to long ago ! I came in and wanted my hair wash blow and straighten… My hair was oily from some oils I had put in there to take my bond in out ! The stylist was gladly to assist me ! This is a joke of a salon they just a bounch of chapiadoras specially if you want to get a haircut i showed up a hair cut to the hairstyles dayana and I specifically asked her of she can do the same hair cut that i showed her on my phone and she said yes that she can do it exactly the same and i did tell her that of she cannot leave my hair the same way to not touch it… whatever you do if you go to this salon do not go to DAYANA SHE COMPLETELY SCREW ME

I came to this salon because of the star rating from Google. It turns out that I came in for a very specific hair cut, showed pictures of the haircut and explained in detailed what I was hoping to get. The lady did what she felt like doing and my hair does not look like the one in the picture. I am so disappointed because now my hair is short when I specifically said that I wanted to keep my hair long.

I told them that was not the color they were supposed to be, I was told not to worry they were not coming up that color, I trusted them because what do I know … I am not a professional. Came in today from Orlando to have my daughters hair washed and treated they over charged me, I always come down to Miami to have both of my little girls ages 11 and 7 hair done and the prices constantly change and so does the stylist. Seems like everybody quit or goes elsewhere. The lady in charge today was extremely rude and nasty and spoke about me in Spanish not knowing that I’m very fluent and understood everything after I explained to them that they over charged me for a wash and treatment. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM OR REFER ANYBODY ELSE TO THEM. That was very unprofessional and to think I’ve been putting up with this foolishness for years. The last visit they cut my 7 year old daughter hair to short and uneven and the guy or owner tried to over charge me then. They really deserve 0. Do yourself a favor and FIND A BETTER SALON

Don’t know what the girl under me is speaking about I walked into this location with bright red hair, also got attended by Elena I wanted a flaws-less look so I chose light brown on top and blonde on bottom as I explained to her what I wanted she stopped me and said ” you do know this is a big change on your hair it will need to get bleached twice maybe even three times and I would have to cut some off because of the bleaching” she explained to me every process and also telling me first time may not come out the way I want it, but with treatments once a week it will grow fast and beautiful. At first I was nervous thought about it really hard, cutting my hair isn’t something I wanted to do but wanting my hair from bright red to blonde I knew it was something that was going to need to get done. So I agree to still do it, after a long 5 hours of bleaching and dyeing I can’t complain she did an AMAZING JOB!!! My hair came out exactly how I wanted it, a little bit shorter but it looks great!! It’s been 4 weeks since then I go once a week for a treatment, wash and set and my hair looks healthier then ever!! Thank you Elena I love it!!! I recommend this salon to everyone they are great!!!

In all honesty, I was not very happy with my first time getting my hair dyed here. It basically led me to giving a very bad review. I fortunately got to speak to the owner the day after i had my hair done. He was very sincere and offered me to get my hair fixed. I went in today and got my hair done by fabian, which by the way he’s an absolute sweet heart. Not to mention very proffesional and polite. He guide me through the whole process. At the end it came out amazing. I do want to give my sincere apologies to the owner as well as the hair dressers. Accidents happen but we always have to look for the solution. Overal my second experience was a success, i do recommend people to go there and look for fabien, you’ll love him!
