I have to edit my review from 5 to 1 star. Reason is that not every stylist spend time like the one did when I first came here. Absolutely not recommended for babies. They have no clue how to cut baby’s hair. After getting a haircut here my son is terrified of hair cut. Wish I have never planned to come here. Long waiting hours I means hours and hours you have to wait. Highly not recommended for ladies and babies.

I don’t understand why they have the the closing time on the door at 8 pm if a lot of times they close earlier than that. They can either take the closing time off the front door or start closing at the right time . I tried to get a hair cut today and called before seven thirty and they said they were already closed But they were still inside and only one of them had some one … they usually cut my hair in 15 min and they know it but still didn’t want to cut my hair

Best hair cut salon in Charlotte. They take time to do their hair cut (no rush) and work with customers on their needs. I highly recommend this place. All employees are wonderful!
