I’ve been a customer of Tricia’s for 10 years. I have thick hair and find it hard for people to understand how to cut it correctly! We’ve gone from high to the middle of my back to a bob. I have not had one compliant from my hair cuts! She also did 10 styles for my wedding party that were flawless! I can’t say enough about her quality, professionalism and my experiences! Tricia was the first person to ever to give my niece her first her “real” haircut! She did an amazing job! My niece was a little nervous before we got there, but once she met Tricia, she felt at ease. She explained everything she was going to do to her hair, and I think that was exceptional customer service! Thank you for that!! Some people don’t even make conversations with kids.

(My sister went) Workers were friendly, greeted her with a smile and paid attention to what my sister wanted. When i called to schedule an appointment the gal on the phone had a pleasant voice. She didn’t seem in a rush to get the schedule set.
