The lady called the night before the appointment and canceled on us, and was very rude. Then she told us she wouldn’t not even refund the gift certificate that was purchased for this appointment. I’m from out of town and went for pedicures with my mom and sisters. We enjoyed wonderful massage chairs, a clean and comfortable atmosphere and flawless pedicures! Everyone was so nice and the price is great! They also have a nice selection of high end polishes. This was the best nail experience I’ve had in years. I would highly recommend this salon.

I’ve been a costumer at this places since 2013, never had a complain, they take time doing your nails and make sure you feel comfortable!!! I’m reading the reviews and some people give them 1 or 2 star just because they don’t have appointments the same day or week, common sense!!! They are really good that’s why they are always busy!!! I make my appointments the same day of my service for the next 2 weeks, they are the best in town!!!!

Been going to this salon for two years, initially when you went you could get fit in same day, now you have to book an appointment days in advance. That’s great for business for them, but when you get busy and your quality declines that’s when there’s a problem. I just had my acrylics removed because they have been breaking, lifting and dulling faster than they ever had in the past. I paid for a manicure I sat in the dryer for two rounds and as soon as I got home my nails are already messed up. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Best nail salon that I have visited in Temecula. The staff was so polite and pleasant, my nails turned out perfect! I am always a stickler for the shape of my nails. I got stuck in a movie, looked down, and my shape was perfect! (How did they know!?) You absolutly HAVE to make an appointment, sometimes I call and the line stays busy for awhile, I think they are so busy they either forget about it or leave it off the hook to avoid the phone ringing off the hook. They don’t have a dedicated hostess, everyone there works on the clients and grabs the phone when able. All and all totally worth it. Also, a great price, they cost less than my last nail salon and did a better job.

My husband and I LOVE this Salon. The staff are awesome and the Owner is pure pleasure. We always feel welcome and always recieve superior service, professionalism and personal attention. Trish and her staff are an examply of Excellent Customer Service while providing an Excellent Service in a clean and relaxing atmosphere. I could go on and on about how I am please with my experiencing at Belazzo. But I am sure you get the point. Loyal and satisfied customers for the past several years!
