I’ve come here for years but recently have not been happy with my experiences there. Today, I was helped by a man who did my nails 3 weeks ago. First he accused me of going to another salon and asked where I went. This was confusing as I did not have new polish on. I had scratched off the gel manicure after about 2 weeks because it was peeling off on its own. Next, he worked on my nails on top of a dirty paper towel – did not provide a fresh towel. Under my table were broken nail tips by my feet which was gross. After he trimmed my cuticles, he put the cuticle nippers in the bag they came in. Then after my appointment, he moved to the station next to me and took the same nippers along and appeared to be preparing to reuse them on the lady next to me – without any cleaning. He switched out with a different woman to do my nail art and after she finished she left to work on someone else and nobody came over to finish my manicure with the cuticle oil any hand massage with lotion. I sat there for a bit and the man asked what was wrong and I said “am I done?” And he’s like yeah. I had a reservation for 6 of us to get mani/pedis in August for a wedding but called to cancel. Too grossed out by their level of “cleanliness” and not impressed by the customer service.

My daughter and I made appointments for acrylics and brow wax. When we arrived they didn’t acknowledge we had appointments. The work station was not clean and there were nail tips on the station and floor. While working on our nails the techs talked between themselves and seemed to be talking about us. My nails are uneven and beginning to lift in less than a week. Will not return. However, the woman who did our brows was amazing and friendly.

I just went in for the first time today to get a dip manicure. Arguably the worst manicure I have ever received. To remove my prior dip, my hands were soaked in acetone, resulting in such dry skin when I bent my knuckles my skin was cracking and bleeding. On top of this, when filing my nails, I started bleeding twice.

my wife went in with her siblings to this place yesterday – apparently the woman working on my wife’s feet behaved as if she didn’t want to be there, and acted as if she was disgusted by the job in general. they badgered her sister with upselling throughout the entire process. Because of the rushed, rude, disgusted, and disinterested attitude — combined with the job poorly done — polish was done sloppily and accidentally cutting my wife while doing her cuticles, she did not receive a tip, but overcharged her by 20 dollars and later on yelled at her sister (who had topcoat nail polish all over her skin) about not tipping more than she did. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Please take your money somewhere else because chances are they are calculating it wrong and up charging anyways ( then yelling at you for not giving you a good enough tip ) giving a bad review because 3.6 stars is not accurate for the recent service I received here

Appreciated that there were kid-sized chairs for my daughter. We were both treated very kindly. Pedicure was nice enough but I was unimpressed with polish (standard style) options. Color choices were limited and most bottles nearly empty/dried out.
