First time coming here and I had a wonderful experience, the lady that did my pedicure was very kind and took her time with the details which I loved. I informed her that my nail still hurt and she had no issues with it. I didn’t feel rushed and truly felt relaxed. Me being pregnant, she was kind enough to help me put and tie my sandals, and they brought me a virgin margarita. I’ll definitely be back!

I do like this place! They have a nice staff and can get you in and out if you are in a hurry. Or if you have the time, you can stay a while and get upgraded services that will pamper you! Technicians: Thu, Vin, Kay, Christina. And Front Desk: Jordan, are all very kind and do a great job! I tried glow in the dark nails for the 1st time and it was awesome! The only thing I’d change is their Fivestars Loyalty Program. They don’t give a lot of rewards out for the money you spend and points earned. I have this system in my business and the more option of rewards the better. But other than that, it is a very good place to go amongst others I have been to. Definitely worth a try!

I like this place for pedicures but gel manicure, never again! All the gel is lifting after 4 days, not worth the price increase, $50 with tip! Usually good gel will last at least 2-3 weeks and if you try to peel off yourself, it will take a lot of work to peel off and usually it’s in a million little pieces at a time, not this time, look at this junk, 9 out of 10 nails peeled right off in whole pieces with little to no work

Everyone here is so welcoming and ALWAYS provide exceptional service from entry to exit!! AND Jordan is always on point with the drinks. I recommend the Bellagio sunrise! It’s delicious! HORRIBLE! I had skin on my nail which I’m pretty sure is a ingrown toenail nail! I told the lady it hurts and she kept picking at it and got it infected!! She just kept saying (“it’s just skin”) but why pick at it after I told you it hurts!!

I don’t know what is going on. They have always been our go to for nails because you knew they would do a great job. I just had the worst pedicure I have ever had any where. My feet hurt now. I basically just paid to get my toenails painted. She barely did anything as far as massaging, but completely killed me with the foot file. I actually thought I had polish on the side of my foot when I left then realized it was just raw skin & my feet still feel rough & they hurt. They didn’t even offer a drink this time. I guess I will have to find a new place.

Bellagio is my favorite. I’ve been to a lot of salons and this one they always do a good job. Plus they get you in quick with no wait and if you break a nail they fix it for free. It’s also been almost a year since I last had an ingrown toe nail from them regularly doing my pedicures and keeping my feet healthy! Highly recommend!! Manicure, Pedicure

The end product of my nails was amazing but thee process it took to get there was awful. She was very rough and when we first started she did not clean my nails or trim my cuticles. Rather she used the drill to go over my cuticles and they became ragged and had some cuts. After everything was said and done they looked great but she rushed and was careless which lead to my nails having cuts around them. They did worse on the nails of the people I went with as well. They had similar problems with one needing to get their whole nails redone cause they looked so awful. When we should them the mistakes management handled it really well and had us come back and get them fixed. After they were fixed they looked amazing and management was very apologetic. Still it was a journey to have the nails look the way we wanted.

I love Bellagio! Been coming for a few years. They are super sweet and accommodating. One time, I ventured to another nail salon and then came to Bellagio to ask if they would fix the other salon’s mistake. And they did. Amazing service! Beautiful nails!!

I came here for the first time today to get a pedicure. I was impressed with the selection of drinks and asked for a blue lagoon, which was delicious. The pedicure was meh. The nails weren’t painted well and she focused more on one foot than the other. One of my toe nails was cut crooked and because I was on the phone the whole time, I didn’t notice until I got home. I would come back to try a different person to do my pedicure and see. It’s unfortunate that finding a good tech for pedicures is so difficult in this area. If anyone comes here and know of an awesome tech that does amazing pedicures, PLEASE say something! Lol
